The Pedal Shed also offers fitness training programs, ranging from introduction to cycling to race preparation. The classes consist of a combination of cardiovascular fitness, flexibility and resistance training. The aim s to get your body at it's age-specific fitness levels. The results in general well-being has surprised us.To enjoy your riding to the full, it is essential to understand how the body and the bike work together. Our understanding of the physiology of the body and 30 years' cycling experience are the foundation of how we train you to be more efficient and effective on your bike.We also collaborate with other health practitioners like the Bellarine Sports Medicine Centre in Drysdale.
